September 24 International Language Panel
Multilingual professionals will discuss using their language skills in their lives as part of "International Language Panel: The Importance of Language in Today’s World."
3 p.m., Warner Hall room 103, WCSU Midtown campus. Languages such as Spanish, Russian, French, English and Portuguese will be represented. The discussion, hosted by the Career Development Center, the Dep artment of World Languages and the International Services Office is free and open to the public. Gather with friends and old classmates for a tailgating party prior to the Homecoming football game. Tailgating Rules and Regulations.

October 18 Homecoming Football: Colonials vs. Cortland State
noon, Westside Athletic Complex, WCSU Westside campus. Admission is $6 for adults and $4 for seniors age 55 and over and children age 12 and under.

October 19 Campus to Campus 5K Road Race
8 a.m., begins at the Westside campus and ends at Midtown campus. Cost for runners and walkers is $20/person ($25 after the Oct. 7 pre-registration deadline). WestConn students are free.
