Undergraduate Application for Admission
General Information
- Upon acceptance to WestConn, the information on this
application will become part of your educational record. All
information is confidential in accordance with the provisions of
the statutes of the United States Family Educational and Privacy
Act of 1974 (FERPA), informally known as the “Buckley Amendment.”
- Return the completed Undergraduate Application for Admission
with a $50.00 non-refundable fee to the Office of University
Admissions, Western Connecticut State University, 181 White
Street, Danbury, CT 06810. A check, money order or
credit card
authorization will be accepted as payment. Please do not send
cash. Please clearly identify the payment with student’s name.
If applying online, you are still required to send the $50.00
fee.
- An immunization shot record is required if not on file with
WestConn’s Health Service. (Two measles vaccines: first dose on or
after 12 months of age and given in or after 1969; second dose
given on or after 1-1-80. Also evidence of a rubella vaccination
or immunity is required. Meningitis vaccination required for
students living on campus).
