Nancy Sweeney graduated with a degree in education and was a classroom teacher before becoming certified for art education. Once certified, Nancy taught art education for 11 years, retiring in 1999. Since retirement, she has been concentrating on her watercolors and has already sold 13 paintings. She continues to paint and to show her work.
