Pamela (Czajka) Holick '93
Pamela Holick is nationally certified and licensed in Connecticut for massage therapy after graduation from The Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Newington, deciding to create a career change for herself. She plans on a mobile practice working with her clients needs. She has a portable table and is bringing a holistic world to the medical field, helping in the physical therapy of a client by massaging the soft tissues. She is using her graphic design skills for her marketing effort, placing an emphasis on creativity.
Pamela did a week of intensive training in Virginia at a Farm called Equissage. Yes, that's right, Horse Massage. She is also a certified ESMT (Equine Sports Massage Therapist) as well as an approved and Certified Canine Massage Therapist and intends to work with all types of horses and dogs to better their wellbeing. Whether they are pets that need a lift in their attitude toward a happier life, recovering from injury or performance horses at the track, they all need it. Pamela is working with area veterinarians and a horse farm and says, "It's a wonderfully successful industry that is growing like wildfire. If we can help ourselves we can certainly help our pets who love us so unconditionally."
Email her if you would like to set up an appointment. She is offering $10 off a first message and gift certificates are available.
