Jeff Pappas has a grass roots operation designing the package for an ice cream product with his brother. They have a business plan and the financing with a web site www.fortifiedproducts.com with the ice cream being made in a facility now looking into expanding. The ice cream is now available in the WestConn Student Center and is also sold throughout the tri-state area. Jeff is also the Art Director at Home Theater Builders Magazine in Massachusetts and still does some freelance design work.
