Juan J. Moreno has nine years experience teaching art, Spanish, and ESL in a variety of settings: community college, college, middle school and adult education. He continues to show his work and was a curatorial intern in New York City.
He received both his Masters of Fine Arts and Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art and English at Western Connecticut State University, making the Dean’s List in 1995.
He was awarded scholarships in 1991 – 1996 for Fine Art Painting & Sculpture at the Art Students League of New York, NY and is a Life Member. He also attended Taller De David Manzur specializing in Fine Arts & Drawing in Bogot, Colombia.
He continues to teach Spanish and Art.
