Eunsoo received her MFA from WCSU in painting and her Bachelor's from SCSU in Studio Arts.  She taught at the Jak Pum Se Je Private Fine Arts Acdemy in Seoul, Korea and was a teaching assistant at Han Yang University in Seoul.  She has won several awards and scholarships and has exhibited throughout the region.  She writes, "Beauty is found almost anywhere in the world.  The beauty I encounter in day to day life inspires me."
