Students participating in the residency depicted illustrations of life in Dedham along with poetry written by the Residency Artist.   Grafitti images of both French and English terms were incorporated into the thirty drawings & watercolors.  Ival will be working at the upcoming College Art Association Annual Conference to be held in Boston, February 22-26, 2006 at the Hynes Auditorium.  She will be assisting various university projects related to offered panels and workshops.  Students may attend at reduced rates and second year MFA candidates may apply for a one time $10,000 grant offered by MCC - go to the official MCC web site for more information.  Her "miscanthus" paintings were requested for a recent Milan exhibition.
