Founder and Ongoing Exhibiter of the Sculpture Barn, David Boyajian says, "I often work on a series of sculptures inspired by plant forms found in nature on my property here at Sculpture Barn. "The Unfurlings" are inspired by young ferns. My intention is to capture the rhythm of their metamorphosis with my forms rather than depict them realistically."
