Ed Little was born, educated and married in the UK, emigrating to the US in 1983. Becoming a US Citizen and raising a family he has spent the past twenty years fulfilling commissions first in the advertising and publishing world and then in the design and creation of murals and trompe l’oeil effects for sophisticated and discerning clients in the United States and Europe.

Producing some of the finest mural work to be found in this specialty today, Ed continues the tradition of the 17th and 18th Italian muralists in creating paintings that are works of art, not merely decoration.

His paintings decorate homes in Connecticut, in Chicago, Florida, in Manhattan and on Long Island, in New York State, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, France and in the UK.

In addition to his Mural assignments Edward Little is an accomplished portrait artist and has achieved distinction through a range of prestigious commissions that include inaugural Presidential portraits, Chairmen of Fortune 500 Companies and collections for the Postal Commemorative Society.

His work has appeared on the covers of books published by Avon, Dell, Harper Collins, Macmillan, Simon &Schuster and in periodicals such as Golf and Tennis Magazines, Omni and Reader’s Digest. His work is on permanent public display at the Museum of Philatelic Art, Cheyenne, Wyoming and has been exhibited at the Society of Illustrators, New York City.

Corporate clients include: American Cyanamid, American Express, American Home Foods, BAT Industries, Best Foods, Bear Archery, Control Data, IBM, Mars, Ocean Spray, Ogilvy & Mather, Olin, Pepsi, Readers’ Digest, Quaker State Oil, Schick, Unicover, UPS, Warner-Lambert and Xerox.
