The Dean Executive Advisory Board is a select group of accomplished leaders and professionals from different industries, all united by their commitment to the mission and values of the Ancell School of Business. With a shared dedication, the board members bring their invaluable support, wisdom, specialized knowledge, and expertise to shape, enhance, and ensure the continuous progress of the school.

In addition, board members serve as ambassadors to the community, playing a pivotal part in garnering community support and driving fundraising initiatives that propel the school’s objectives while heightening its visibility in the community.

Leveraging the collective wealth of expertise, the board diligently informs the school’s strategic decisions, fosters partnerships with industries and communities, and takes a proactive approach to refine the curriculum, ensuring it remains attuned to the dynamic shifts and emerging trends within the business landscape. Cosmo Alberico serves as President and Chief Operating Officer for Odyssey Logistics, a global multimodal logistics provider. Cosmo leads all operational functions and brings more than 30+ years of hands-on experience to his role —with a proven track record of leading teams in a wide array of industries, including food & beverage, manufacturing, telecommunications, and technology, giving him exceptional insight into the opportunities and challenges facing Odyssey’s clients.

Mr. Thamer Rushaidat	Mr. Thamer Rushaidat President and Chief Executive Officer, The Morganti Group, Inc. As the President and CEO of The Morganti Group, Inc., an international construction firm based in the United States, he directs the organization across operations that span Texas, Florida, Connecticut, New York, New England, Africa, and the Middle East. Prior to his executive appointment, he spent more than two decades managing major construction projects for The Morganti Group, Inc. and Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC), the largest construction company in the Middle East, where he has contributed project management expertise to a variety of asset types.A passionate advocate of continuous learning and professional development, Rushaidat holds numerous credentials, including the Project Management Professional (PMP), LEED Green Associate, and Professional Architect in Project Management (PAPM). He earned a bachelor of science in architectural engineering from the University of Jordan.
Mr. David Stambone	Mr. David Stambone Vice President, Senior Mortgage Banker, Total Mortgage. Dave carries over twenty years of mortgage lending experience and holds a BBA in Management from Western Connecticut State University. He has been featured in Forbes, Fortune, and Connecticut Magazine as a Five Star Mortgage Professional and was recently named Ridgefield’s Readers’ Choice Mortgage Lender. He lives in Ridgefield with his family and enjoys golf, snowboarding, and a good brick-oven pizza.
