MBA Program Objectives
The Master of Business Administration Program at Western Connecticut State University's Ancell School of Business (MBA) prepares students for middle- or upper-level management positions in profit or non-profit organizations. In order to serve the needs of businesses and organizations in this region, the program is designed for part-time study: classes are scheduled in the evenings and occasionally on Saturdays.
The MBA program provides students with:
- fundamental knowledge of business and organizational functions and activities, and
- exposure to strategic thinking and management
