A Letter from the Dean
On behalf of the faculty, staff, and students in the Ancell
School of Business, I welcome you to our web site and invite you to
take your time learning about the School and our programs. In
addition to our undergraduate programs, ASB is also the home of the
MBA Program, the MHA Program, and the MSJA Program, graduate
programs in business, healthcare administration, and justice
administration. The education of our remarkably heterogeneous
student body is the highest priority of the Ancell School of
Business. ASB students receive a wide breadth of knowledge from
liberal arts to add to their rigorous professional preparation.
In addition, our students have a keen interest in making a difference by contributing through extracurricular activities to the School, to their professions, and to the community. Ancell School faculty are scholars and teachers who create a classroom environment noted for intellectual intimacy and collegiality among students and professors. Full-time professors also serve as academic advisors, keeping students abreast of program requirements and options. Ancell faculty also serve the University community and the region in the Center for Collaboration, Conflict Resolution Project, and the Center for Business Research.
