As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Ms. Blackstock runs their internship program and manages their international internship program. She coordinates on/off campus events, manages the externship program, works on special Talent Acquisition projects, generates and audits reports and serves as system administrator for Applicant Tracking System.
Employment History
Ms. Blackstock took two Internships in college that allowed her to gain experience and that set her apart from other candidates while seeking employment. She also joined SHRM of Western Connecticut and SHRM National to network with other HR colleagues in the area for best practices. This partnership has helped her with her work on the applicant tracking system.
