Employment History
Ms. Reibold began with a position obtained through WCSU at Photronics in Brookfield. At age 24, she was relocated by Photronics to California to manage their finance organization. From there, she became COO of a privately held firm which she grew from $12 - $70 million in revenue. She then joined a consulting firm specializing in services for venture back start-ups. She joined a start-up as CFO to prepare them to go public and when they were sold, she joined Norwest Ventures as an Executive in Residence for their operating companies. Upon relocation back to New England, she started her own consulting practice and joined Whaleback Managed Services where she served as President and COO.
