3 semester hours
This is the capstone course dealing with integrated systems
development. Techniques for determining the information needs of
large systems are used to examine corporate business systems. The
systems approach is used to integrate systems theory, the
organization, and the role of systems in the organization. Students
will work in groups to study business systems and identify proposed
improvements and alternatives. Students will use the theory and
tools they have learned in other courses, and will be required to
present their ideas in oral presentations and written reports.
