HVAC Operations
The HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) Operations team manage, repair and maintain all heating, cooling, and air conveyance systems on both WCSU campuses.
Services are offered through the central steam plant located at the Midtown campus. During the heating season (Oct 15 thru April 15), the central heating plant is staffed continuously. During the non-heating season, the central plant is staffed from 7am until 11pm daily.
