Master of Business Administration Degree Program
Course transfer, waiver and substitution decisions:
The number of MBA courses required for this program may be reduced by: (a) course waivers (up to 24 semester hours) based on relevant undergraduate majors and courses, and (b) transfer credits (up to 12 semester hours) for relevant graduate courses completed else-where. Some course substitutions within the program may also be allowed.
The following guidelines apply:
- A minimum of 18 graduate credits in the MBA program must be completed at Western Connecticut State University.
- A maximum of 12 graduate credits from other institutions may be transferred to the MBA program. To be considered for transfer, the courses must have been completed in the six years prior to enrollment. All courses considered for transfer credit must have a grade of B or above.
A maximum of 24 graduate credits may be waived; based on undergraduate degree program and course work.
