Master of Arts in History
Minor Theme
Students must complete a minimum of six (6) semester hours in a second theme other than the major theme. They may also complete a maximum of six (6) semester hours in allied fields or 400 level history courses.
Students may take 500 level courses in allied fields, e.g., English, Social Sciences, etc. Allied field courses must be approved by the advisor prior to registration.

A maximum of six (6) semester hours received from courses bearing a 400 level number may be included for credit in a degree program.
