Housing Application

In order to live on campus, every potential resident must complete and submit a Housing Application by the appropriate due date.
Fall 2008 Room Selection Credit Exception From

Residents who wish to participate in Room Selection
and do not have the required credits to be eligible for your
preferred residence hall must fill out this form and submit it with
your group's pre-registration material to the Housing Office in
Newbury Hall. PLEASE NOTE - Residents may only apply for an
exception if they are within 3 credit hours of the minimum
requirements.
Fall 2008 Registration Waiver

Residents who are enrolled in a major or course
of study that precludes registration (for a full 12 hour schedule)
from occurring before the April 18, 2008 deadline for housing
selection are have their department chair fill out this waiver.
It is the student's responsibility to make sure this form is filled
out completely and returned with their completed room selection
packet.
Housing Withdrawal Form 
As soon as a resident makes the decision to begin
living off campus, this form should be submitted to the Housing
Office.
Guest Visit Parental Permission Form

Guests under the age of 18 may be permitted to spend
the night with a sibling or friend by providing a completed parental
permission form, which must be submitted to the H & RL office no
later than 24 hours before the overnight. Forms can be
downloaded and faxed to 203-837-8529.
Housing & Residence Life Guide 2007-2008

The H&RL Guide covers a wide variety of topics that affect life on campus, ranging from residence hall staff and student leadership opportunities to roommate conflict resolution and visitation policies.
Student Code of Conduct 2007-2008 
This book offers information about University regulations, students rights and judicial procedures. This is a must read for every
student on campus.
Maintenance Request Forms 
If residents ever encounter maintenance issues in their room, this form will alert WCSU facility staff so they can address and solve the problem as soon as possible.
