My Road To WestConn
In a series of 8 dinners during the spring, some of your favorite professors and administrators at the University will talk about their lives prior to WestConn, what brought them here, and how their educations made a real difference in their lives. 

 
At the first "My Road to WestConn" dinner, we learned:
► what étouffée, pickled okra, and spring rolls have in common;
► how to outsmart an extortionist border crossing guard in southeast Asia;
► the wonders of eastern medicine;
► how getting to know your professor can get you an all-expense paid trip 1/2 way around the world
