In addition to your ARP account, employees can save extra money towards their retirement years by participating in a 403(b) Plan, 457 Deferred Compensation Plan, or Roth 403(b) Plan.
Contributions are made through payroll deduction, and provide a tax advantage either now or in the future.

*2011 Annual Maximum contribution: $16,500; or Age 50+ Annual Maximum: $22,000.
If not enrolled, start small; $20.00 a paycheck will not be missed yet adds up through the years.
Information about all plans is available on ING’s website: www.ctdcp.com
*If you are contributing to both the pre-tax traditional 403(b) plan and the after-tax Roth 403(b) plan, your aggregate contributions cannot exceed $16,500/22,000 in 2011.
