Information Technology & Innovation will be offering the following workshops to Faculty on Blackboard Learn V9.1.
Reminder: Beginning Summer 2013 ALL requested course shells will only be created in Blackboard Learn. An Overview session is required before shells will be created.

Trouble with Clean Access (ResNet)?
If you are having trouble installing Clean Access on your machine, here's what you can do:
- View the Clean Access Installation Guide
- View the Clean Access Troubleshooting Guide
- Schedule an appointment with the help desk (see instructions below)
How to make a Clean Access appointment:
- Schedule an appoinment with the helpdesk (203) 837-8467, or request_university_computing@wcsu.edu if unable to get through the Clean Access installation process.
On day of appoinment: Laptop Users:
- Bring WestConnect Student ID card *
- Bring Laptop
- Bring Laptop power supply
Desktop Users
- Bring WestConnect Student ID card *
- Bring desktop computer.
- Bring a keyboard and mouse. (In most cases, we will probably have an extra keyboard and mouse, however if we don't, you can save yourself some time from running back to your room to pick up a keyboard and mouse)
*Students will need WestConnect Student ID card to have machine serviced
**Students MUST remain at the staffed lab while our technicians work on their computer(s).
