E-Learning Support
Western is currently using Blackboard Learn 9.1 as its E-Learning course management system. It allows faculty to deliver course content to online and hybrid courses, as well as to supplement on-ground courses with online components.
Please note, not all professors use a course management system. If you do not see your course in your course list, please verify with your instructor that he/she is using Blackboard Learn AND/OR that the course has been made available to the class.

- How do I access my Blackboard Learn courses? How do I access my Blackboard Learn courses?
To access Blackboard via WestConnduit:
- Log into WestConnduit (http://westconnduit.wcsu.edu).
- Click on the Blackboard icon.
- Enter your Western Windows Account username and password and click OK.
To access Blackboard directly:
- Open a web browser, and go to http://learn-wcsu.ct.edu.
- Enter your Western Windows Account username and password and click OK.
- I am receiving a "You have entered an incorrect user name or password" error when I try to log in. I am receiving a "You have entered an incorrect user name or password" error when I try to log in.
Your Blackboard Learn username and password is the same as your Western Windows Account username and password.
If you do not know your Western password, you may create a new one using the Self Service Windows Password Manager . If you are having difficulty resetting your password, contact the IT Help Desk at (203) 837-8467.

Make sure that you know your correct Western Windows username and your Western Windows password (case sensitive). If you have forgotten your Western Windows username, please visit the Western Windows Support page.
If you have forgotten your Western Windows Password, please go the Self Service Windows Password Manager page to reset your password.

If you have forgotten your password or it has expired, both faculty and students can reset it online by visiting the Self Service Windows Password Manager page. Or,
