The Pi day celebration kicked off at 1:59 PM on March 14. All present had a good time.
Activities included: Lunch hour chalk encryption of Pi (to 817 digits) on the sidewalks around Higgins, Eat a pie in as close to 3 minutes 14 seconds as possible contest, String a bead necklace with the digits of Pi (color coded), and a math trivia contest
