| OCT. 05 - 06 | The WCSU Police Department will offer a Rape-Aggression-Defense course for two consecutive days from 4 to 9 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 5, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 6, in Room 202 of the Student Center on the university's Midtown campus, 181 White St. in Danbury. The class will teach attendees about date and acqaintance rape, provide useful information about alcohol and other drugs as they pertain to rape, and offer strategies and simulations to avoid assault. The free course is open to female WCSU students, faculty and staff only. Pre-registration is required. You must complete both days for certification.
