| OCT. 25 | Associate Professor of Health Promotion and Exercise Science Dr. Robyn Housemann will run a free Zumba class at 4:45 p.m. in Room 201 of the Student Center on the WCSU Midtown campus, 181 White St. in Danbury. Zumba is a way to get fit and have fun at the same time. The program incorporates interval and intermittent aerobic training with international dance moves.
