Past-Life Conference opens today at WestConn

DANBURY, CONN. — The International Association for Regression Research and Therapies (IARRT) will hold their 27th International Conference “Path to Healing — Releasing Karma and Raising Consciousness” from Friday through Sunday, Oct. 12 – 14, at the Westside Campus Center on Western Connecticut State University’s Westside campus, Lake Avenue Extension in Danbury. The conference is free and the public is invited.

The event will begin with a keynote address at 8 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 12, by Richard Sutphen. He is an acclaimed author, lecturer and TV/radio personality who has written more than 20 books about hypnosis, past-life regression and karmic patterns, including his million-seller, “You Were Born to Be Together.”

Roland Marcel Comtois Jr. will speak at 9 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 13. He is an internationally recognized spiritual and intuitive consultant specializing in channeling and mediumship, and is the founder and director of the Center for Inner Harmony. He has captivated audiences worldwide with his connection to the spiritual realm and personal messages with the power to heal the soul.

Among the more than a dozen workshops to be presented during the conference, local hypnotherapist Saundra C. Blum will speak from 2 to 4 pm. on Saturday, Oct. 13. She will provide case studies that demonstrate physical healing when regressed back to the root of the illness or malady and how to remove emotional blocks that cause these illnesses. Blum is a past-life regressionist and author who provides training for past-life regression therapy and lectures worldwide.

Throughout the day on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 13 and 14, numerous hypnosis and regression professionals will present three-hour workshops in their fields. Workshops will include: “Untying Karmic Knots,” “Remote Regression Techniques,” “Spirit Releasement Therapy,” “Developing Your Intuition” and more.
