DANBURY, CONN. — Every other summer for the past decade, WestConn’s theatre arts department has spent the better part of August at the Fringe Festival in Edinburgh, Scotland. It’s a fabulous, hands-on opportunity for students interested in the technical and performance sides of theatre arts to perfect their craft on a world stage. This year, they will perform WestConn’s production of “Romeo & Juliet: A Rock & Roll Love Story.”
