17 YEARS to FREEDOM
On Novemer 18 at WCSU, Juan Roberto Melendez, who spent 17 years on Florida's death row for a crime he did not commit, discussed his ordeal, his exoneration and his release. Melendez was the 99th of currently 139 death row prisoners in the country to be exonerated and released since 1973.
