Dear Nursing Students,
The Department of Nursing (DON) Health forms and the Westchester Medical Center health forms are now posted on our website. If you are registered for NUR 325 or plan to register for NUR 325 in the Spring 09 semester you must complete both the DON and the Westchester Medical Center health forms.
The health forms are to be kept in your possession and are to be available for review by the appropriate persons at the various clinical agencies. Your clinical instructor will collect the form that has your signature stating you are in compliance with the policies. This form will be kept in your file in the DON.
If you need CPR prior to the start of the upcoming academic year, contact Professor Palladino at Palladinoj@wcsu.edu. She will conduct a class the week of August 25 at a date and time convenient for her.
