There is one July overnight orientation session which is comprised of a Day 1 (day/evening program) and a Day 2 (morning program).  For easiest access, please park in the Fifth Avenue Parking Garage.

9:30-10:30 a.m. Check-in for
students in Warner
Hall. Faculty check-in at the SC info desk.
10:30-11 a.m. Western Welcome
in Science Building 125 for all students
and family

Student-to-student program
on the
Science Building Lawn or in
Bill Williams Gym in case of rain. Students only.
11 a.m.-noon Information

Noon to 1 p.m. Lunch for students in the Midtown Student Center

students; students meet with faculty.  Specific room
assignments will be listed on each student’s schedule
when they arrive at Orientation.  Faculty will receive the room

assignments through their department chairs.

Campus Tour

for parents only
Faculty Roundtable for
ts.  Select faculty will discuss strategies for
being successful at college.  White Hall 122.
Students only.
4-6 p.m.
Parent Reception
– Parents mingle
with faculty and staff while enjoying refreshments in the Midtown
Student Center Danbury Room
5:30-6:30 p.m. Dinner for students staying for the
overnight program
4:30-5:30 p.m. Students will get their
IDs and computer accounts in groups
6:30 -10 p.m. Overnight program for students
6:30- 8 p.m. Student-to-student gathering
8-9:15 p.m. Solo Circus
9:15-10 p.m. BINGO with prizes
DAY 2 Morning Program
8-10  a.m. Breakfast and Send-Off Celebration in the
Midtown Student Center Restaurant.

Students will be able to get their student ID, computer accounts, and buy books anytime during the day or may return any time over the summer (please check individual offices’ websites for office hours).
