The Parents Fund

  • What is the WestConn Parents Fund?
While membership to the WestConn Parents Club is free, the Parents Fund was created so that parents of current students and parents of alumni could contribute to the continual growth of WestConn. Parents’ voluntary tax deductible donation will fund the Parents Scholarship Fund, which will benefit generations of WestConn students, as well as other parent initiatives.
  • When can I give to the Parents Fund?
The Annual Fund runs each year from July 1 to June 30. Your gift of any amount is appreciated any time of the year.
  • Why is the Parents Fund important to the university?
Financial support from parents ensures that WestConn will continue to thrive and maintain its excellence and distinction among other institutions of higher learning. By supporting WestConn, you make an investment in the value of your student’s education while securing a brighter future for all current and future WestConn students. Your gift demonstrates your support and vote of confidence in the university and the education it provides.
  • Will my employer match my gift?
There are ways to make your gifts even more powerful. Many companies will add to gifts made by employees, their spouses or retirees. Contact your human resources office about your company's matching policy.
