Message
Welcome to the WestConn family! We are excited that your student has decided to attend WestConn and we want you to know that we are here to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Your investment in your student’s education at WestConn is a wise one. New buildings have transformed our campuses and our outstanding professors, diverse university community, excellent academic programs and our enriching and student-focused environment create a setting where every student thrives.
In our classrooms, we are able to offer small class sizes averaging 15 students per faculty member, state-of-the-art technology, and a hands-on teaching environment, all of which makes students more marketable in the workforce. WestConn is in the student success business and we are flourishing.
Along with our stellar classroom offerings, WestConn provides many other opportunities that promote growth. We invite you to encourage your student to take advantage of the whole college experience by suggesting that he or she join a student organization and attend a musical performance, theater production or a lecture. WestConn also boasts of an athletic department with many NCAA championships under its belt, as well as several recreational options.
And we remain small enough to feel like a family.
Always remember, we are here for you and your student. Should you have any questions or concerns, I hope you will utilize the Parents Club to get more information. I welcome you and your student to the WestConn family. We are proud to be your home away from home.
