For family units with more than 8 members, add $7,480 for each additional family member.
The term “low-income individual” means an individual whose family’s taxable income for the most recent tax period did not exceed the amount for the family’s size.
* The figures shown under family income represent amounts equal to 200% of the family income levels established for determining federal poverty status, as published by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
