Perimeter Site Improvements - "Litchfield Park"
Midtown Campus
Description: This project provides for site improvements at the perimeter of WestConn's Midtown Campus. Enhancements shall include the installation of artificial turf, retaining walls, concrete pavers, fencing, lighting, site fixtures, plantings and drainage as needed, along Eighth Avenue and White Street. These landscape upgrades will create an informal recreation and park-like setting for residential students, while unifying the landscaping theme at the campus perimeter. The work shall be consistent with the landscape vernacular established by previous Midtown Campus outdoor improvement projects involving the development of a pedestrian mall.
