Westside Classroom Building - Young Library Learning Commons

Description: This project shall provide for reconfiguration of a small portion of the Young Library to provide a tutoring and advising hub (referred to as the Learning Commons) for the Ancell School of Business. The work will include the construction of several new offices and advising spaces. The scope includes new walls, lighting, ceiling systems, painting of new and existing walls and new floor finishes. The HVAC system shall be rebalanced as required. |
