For the second year Western was host to a regional Multicultural Fair on the Midtown campus. The IMPACT club and Danbury High School's Peer Leadership Program worked with the WCSU Office of Multicultural Affairs and the Girl Scouts of Connecticut to make the fair a success.

Groups representing the full range of diversity in the community participated. The event showcased arts and crafts, businesses, services and food from a wide variety of local eateries.

Flags from more than 100 countries were on display and more than a dozen cultural and ethnic groups performed.
