Recreational Services ...

YOGA

Gifted yoga instructor Eliza Littrell will be teaching another series of Hatha Yoga classes.  Classes will be held on Monday mornings, beginning February 22nd and running through May 3rd. 10-11 a.m. in the Bill Williams Gym in Berkshire Hall.  All levels welcome!  Mats are provided.

Tony Zatzick will also be returning this fall to teach a series of Kundalini Yoga classes.  Class will be held on Thursday evenings from 6:15-7:15 p.m. in the Midtown Student Center, Room 201, beginning February 18th and running through April 29th.  Bringing your own mat is recommended.

ZUMBA

ZUMBA is here, Spring 2010!  Get in shape for spring break!  Friday mornings in Bill Williams Gym, on the midtown campus.  Classes will begin on Friday, February 5th and will run through Friday, April 16th.  2 separate classes are being offered; 10:30-11:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

*CO-ED VOLLEYBALL    Indoors, Midtown campus.  Tuesday & Thursday nights, 03/30-05/06.  Completed rosters and ID's due by Fri. 03/12.
