Entering Attendance Information Online

Introduction/Utility

These instructions demonstrate to faculty how to enter student attendance information into Banner.

Log into WestConnduit

  1. Enter your User ID and PIN.
  2. Click Login.
  3. Click the Banner tab.

Entering Information Online

  1. Choose Faculty.
  2. Select Attendance from the menu.



  3. Click Enter Student Attendance.
  4. Select a Term from the dropdown list and click Submit.
  5. Select the course (CRN) from the dropdown list and click Submit.


  6. The Class Attendance form selected will appear listing all of the students enrolled in the course.  Please enter a check under the day(s) each student has not been attending class.


  7. Press Submit at the bottom of the form when all information has been entered.
