Application for Graduation (pdf, 115k)
A student is eligible for the bachelor or associate degree upon successful completion of general education, the major, and total elective credit requirements for that degree as specified by their department. In order to graduate all coursework must be completed, including any incomplete grades. All Incomplete grades must be completed and in the registrar’s office within three weeks after the semester ends; after that time the degree will be forwarded to the following graduation term.
A cumulative grade-point average of at least 2.0 or higher for all credits attempted at WestConn is required for graduation, as well as a grade-point average of 2.0 or higher in all courses for the major. Certain programs have a higher minimum standard; check with your advisor about these. In addition, at least 30 credits and at least half of the major requirements must be completed at WestConn.
Undergraduates who will be within eight credits of those required for the degree are eligible to participate in the May commencement exercises.
