Check-in times:
Tuesday, July 9th, 4pm – 8pm
Wednesday, July 10th & Thursday, July 11th, 2pm – 8pm
Registrants wanting to stay on campus must book by June 15th 2013. After June 15th 2013, all participants must stay off campus at area hotels
Lodging on campus will open up July 9th and close on July 14th. Make sure to indicate the dates of your stay.
If requesting private room in suite, you must ask for two beds/person/night, with cost of $70/person/night
Families can request single suite (2 bedrooms totaling 4 twin beds; kitchen; living area; 1 bath)
Children under 15 years stay free with parents

* Charge includes cruise, 4 course dinner and entertainment (alcohol available for purchase onboard)
