| The Senate meets on the third Wednesday at 3:30 p.m., and in the event that the agenda is not completed, on the following Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. of each academic month when the University is in session, unless the Senate President cancels the meeting or selects an alternate day and/or meeting time.
