DaQuan Brooks named to D3Hoops.com Men's All-Northeast Region Team

MINNEAPOLIS, MN (Mar. 15) —Western Connecticut State University junior guard DaQuan Brooks (Atlanta, GA) has been named to the 2011 D3Hoops.com Men's Basketball Northeast Region All-Star Second Team on Tuesday.
This past season, Brooks led the 22-6 Colonials to a second-round appearance in the NCAA Division III Championships. He averaged 21.8 points and 4.1 assists and was named Little East Conference Player of the Year for the second-straight season.
Players were nominated for these awards by the Sports Information Directors at the various schools.

Rookie of the Year: Ryan Sheehan, G, Nichols
