Elizabeth Bonacci named Little East Conference Rookie of the Week

Elizabeth Bonacci helped Western Connecticut capture its first Little East women’s tennis regular season title this past week, defeating her opponent in sixth flight singles from Salem State College in three sets.

Earlier in the week, she earned a straight-set victory over her opponent from St. Joseph (Conn.).
