Josh Ward
Defensive Line - Academic Advisor

Josh Ward joins Western Connecticut as part of the inaugural staff for the 2012 season under new Head Coach Joe Loth with the task of directing the Colonials' defensive line.

He comes to Danbury by way of the University of Charleston where he was the Safeties Coach and Recruiting Coordinator.

Prior to his stint with the Golden Eagles, Ward earned his Master's in Physical Education while serving as a student assistant at West Virginia University in 2008-09.

A native of Baltimore, MD, Ward played collegiately at Lycoming College under Head Coach Frank Girardi from 2004-2005 before transferring and finishing his career at Salisbury University. He earned his bachelor's degree in Psychology from Salisbury University.
