MUSIC CD RECORDINGS
Dan Goble Reunion (Hawk Richard Jazz Orchestra) Sea Breeze SB 2137 10/2005
“The Anderson & Weill standard “September Song” has Hawk on the trumpet chasing Ellwood on tenor. Guitarist Burdick's tribute to Thad Jones, “A Tad For Thad,” provides another rousing big band sound. The last cut, “Groove Assai,” finds John Fremgen in a long bass intro that sets the stage for Dan Goble's baritone sax in a swinging nine-minute finale.
Reunion is one of the most outstanding big band recordings I've had the pleasure of listening to, an engaging and entertaining collection of blistering contemporary large ensemble music. I certainly hope that Hawk and Richard don't take another seven years for their next reunion!” Edward Blanco, allaboutjazz.com

Jeff Siegel Magical Spaces Consolidated Artists Productions CAP 989
"Magical Spaces" is the kind of CD that you want to listen to over and over. Jeff's musicality is incredible. He is so tasty as a percussionist and he has become a fine composer/arranger with a good melodic concept and harmonic depth. The group performance is remarkable... - Jimmy Heath
"Jeff Siegel, Magical Spaces, is a musical offering that emphasizes not only Jeff's fine drumming skills but displays his compositional talent as well." - Jack DeJohnette
