My initial draw to WestConn was the Women's Soccer program. I met with Coach Joe Mingachos and he sold not only his program but the entire school as a package. After leaving my overnight visit with the team, I had my mind made up. They gave me great insight to what it would be like to be a student-athlete at WestConn, and my experience has been everything they promised and more. On senior night, my mom Joyce, and my older sister, Dawn came to watch me play as they have consistently done all season. My sister wore my old WestConn jersey to the game, which was a really nice surprise.
