I had the privilege of attending the bill-signing ceremony for the CSUS 2020 plan in the new Westside Campus Center. As state legislators, System Office trustees, President Schmotter and Chancellor Carter looked on, Gov.M. Jodi signed the bonding package. This bill was a monumental day not only for the future of the Connecticut State University System, but the entire State of Connecticut. It shows both faith and commitment from the state and our legislators that the graduates from the CSU schools are the future.
