Tuition and Fees
Undergraduate
Students are expected to pay at time of registration.
- In-state students: $390 per semester hour
- Out-of-state students: $393 per semester hour
- There is a $55 non-refundable registration fee for the entire summer.
Online Course:
- In-state students: $390 per semester hour
- Out-of-state students: $412 per semester hour
- There is a $50 non-refundable registration fee per course
Tuition and fees are subject to change as required and without notice. Check, money order, MasterCard, and Discover cards are accepted. All credit card payments must be made online and are subject to a 2.5% convenience fee; WCSU can no longer accept credit card payments at the Cashier's Office, via fax or phone. You will be charged a $20 fee for checks returned for insufficient funds.
Graduate
Part-time graduate students:
- In-State students $445 per semester hour, plus a $55 non-refundable registration fee
- Out-of-State/NERP students $451 per semester hour, plus a $55 non-refundable registration fee

Other Graduate Fees
Online per credit hour $458 for in-state students, $489 for out-of-state students, $50 online registration fee per course.
